Consciousness is the gentle art of noticing.

Noticing your thoughts without becoming them.

Noticing your emotions without drowning in them.

Noticing the present moment without rushing past it.

Most of life is lived on autopilot.

But the moment you wake up to yourself, everything changes.

Choices become clearer.

Reactions soften.

Life begins to feel less like something happening to you and more like something you are creating.

You do not need to force awareness.

You only need to return to it, again and again.

Today, practice waking up.

Even for a few quiet seconds.

That is enough.
