August 27: The Full Moon Eclipse – When Light Meets Shadow

Tonight the moon does not hide.

It reveals.

This full moon eclipse is a meeting of light and shadow.

Almost the whole face of the moon will pass through Earth’s darkness, then return.

What was bright will briefly dim.

What was hidden will briefly show.

In the sky, it is called a partial lunar eclipse.

In the heart, it is a reminder.

You can be full and still carry shadow.

You can shine and still need a moment of quiet covering.

You can be seen… and still have parts of yourself that only come forward in the dark.

Do not fear what this night brings up.

Eclipses do not come to take something from you.

They come to show you what is ready to be released.

Look up if you can.

Breathe.

Let the sky do its quiet work.

What no longer belongs to you can leave with the shadow.

What is true can remain when the light returns.

What is one thing you are ready to release under this moon?
