October 26: Let It Flow After the Full

Mawnin', fam. 🌖
Di moon turned full last night, Sunday, just after 11 PM our time, and this morning she's waning gibbous, still about 99% lit. Next stop is di last quarter moon on Sunday, November 1. Now di light start to pour back out, so this is di season to release. Like di Rio Grande in Portland, di river don't hold on to di water. It just keep flowing down to di sea, and that's why it stay sweet and clear.
Today's Jamaica Pulse Practice
Breathe in through your nose for four, slow and full. Then open your mouth and let it out with a long "haaaa" for eight, like di river rolling over di stones. Let your shoulders drop with it. Do it six rounds, morning and before bed.
Tonight, go outside when di big moon rises and hold one thing you're ready to let go, a worry, a grudge, an old story. Open your hands toward di sky and tell yourself, "Mi release it. Mek it flow."
Today's Affirmation
I am happy as I let go. I am healthy as I breathe it out. I am wealthy in what flows back to me. And I am strong enough to release what I no longer need.
